Financial Information

Payment for treatment rendered is expected at time of service. For you convenience, we offer the option of payment by cash, check, or credit card. Our office is a fully approved and accredited user of Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.

Time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to make an appointment, please notify the office 24 hours prior to you scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee subject to the doctor's discretion.

Payment Plans

In the event that you are undergoing extensive treatment and would prefer to make payment during a predetermined time period, one of the following payment plans may be initiated with our business manager.

Payment for Treatment Rendered in Thirds: Once you and your doctor have discussed and agreed upon the approximate financial and time commitment of your dental treatment, one third of the overall fee is due before treatment begins, at mid-way through, and upon completion of treatment.

Automatic Monthly Billing of Credit Card: Upon discussion with the business manager, a predetermined monthly payment will be processed to your credit card. We require that your balance be paid in full before completion of your treatment.

Phased Treatment Planning: It may be possible to complete your treatment in phases, making the most urgent care a priority, in order to allow for your financial considerations. The viability of this option varies from patient to patient and must be discussed with your doctor.

Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance, our office will complete an insurance form for you to forward to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Please be aware that we do not actively participate in any insurance plan and that your insurance plan may not cover the partial or full expense incurred for treatment rendered. Coverage of dental treatment fees issued by our office is constituted strictly by the relationship between you and your insurance carrier.
